Sheila Phicil is a Social Change Futurist™ who helps leaders leverage AI while staying sovereign over their discernment, their decisions, and their data. She leads three companies: Phicil-itate Change, an AI innovation advisory and the home of SEEDS of Innovation™. SEEDS of Innovation™ is a shared decision standard for AI in systems of care. Phicil-itate Change and its team authored the Massachusetts League of Community Health Centers’ AI Playbook, now the standard for AI decisions across the fifty community health centers in the state, and the million patients they serve.

She spent nearly two decades inside health care, at Dana-Farber, Brigham and Women’s, the VA, and Boston Medical Center, where she was Director of Innovation for the Health Equity Accelerator. A first-generation Haitian American, she founded her first nonprofit at fourteen. She holds dual master’s degrees from Boston University, is a PMP and FACHE, and is a published co-author in JAMA Oncology. She is the author of the forthcoming Remembering How to Care.
